Shipping, Handling and Processing
Bambini Furtuna orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and major holidays)
We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Ground shipping on all US orders.
Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier, but will occur in 1-3 business days after the order has processed for most orders. Orders shipped via Expedited shipping are guaranteed commencing on the first business day after the order was shipped. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.
During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
STANDARD GROUND: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing depending on product availability.
- Orders shipped Standard Ground via USPS and are typically delivered in 1-3 business days after processing.
- Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14 business days.
- Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days via USPS.
EXPEDITED: Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via Expedited are delivered within 1-2 business days from the order ship date.
- Orders for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are not eligible for Expedited service.
- Expedited shipping does not include Sunday delivery.
We currently ship to the United States only.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 120 days of initial purchase.
If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact the Bambini Furtuna Team. To initiate your return please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - please include your order number in your message. Our Bambini Furtuna Team will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. It is important that you contact our Bambini Furtuna Team before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or that have not been communicated to the Bambini Furtuna Team.
